Volunteers in the Vaults

We will host our next Volunteers in the Vaults event on Wednesday, September 12, at Queens Central Library in Jamaica. See the security guard inside the main entrance for access to the second floor where we will host the event. Digital Archives staff will share some musical scores and art books they are working to digitize and publish online. Please join us to see these rare materials and the special equipment we use to digitize them! Volunteers in the Vaults is a public, bi-monthly program for anyone interested in learning about upcoming Queens Memory events and volunteer opportunities. Attendees have the chance to discuss their ideas for Queens-related oral history projects and network with Queens Memory volunteers and staff. Please RSVP to digitalarchives@queenslibrary.org.
