Queens LGBTQ Oral History Project Info Session @ the Queens Democratic Club

Queens Memory volunteers Martha Knutzen and Fran Kipnis will join Queens Memory Director, Natalie Milbrodt and Program Coordinator, Richard Lee to share information about a new oral history project dedicated to Queens’ LGBTQ History. All interviews gathered during the project become part of the permanent collections at Queens Borough Public Library. Our presenters will give some background on the Queens Memory Program, explain this special project, and share how you can get involved. Expect to hear interview excerpts from some hometown heroes!
