Queens Memory Ridgewood Walking Tour for Open House New York Weekend
This fall, the Queens Memory Project at Queens Public Library is launching the Queens Name Explorer, an interactive archival map and crowdsourcing campaign to uncover the stories behind the borough’s named streets, schools, buildings, parks, and monuments. Through our walking tour series for Open House New York Weekend, we’ll bring this data to life by highlighting named places in different neighborhoods.
The Ridgewood walking tour will be led by local photographer Isa Dorvillier. The walking tour will begin outside Ridgewood Library.
